The Issues For Our Country

The Economy
Pro-growth. Pro-jobs. Lower taxes. Less government. Frank Cotton believes that
America will thrive in a global economy. By competing worldwide, we will begin to repair the economy at home, an economy broken by the inadequate leaders that precede us.

National Security
A bigger and mightier military. Less compromise, more action abroad. Finishing wars started by others no matter how long it takes. A clampdown at the borders and swift punishment for those who violate immigration laws. Frank Cotton believes it is time to stop talking and time to get busy. Don’t you?

Health Care
Frank Cotton endorses a federalist approach to get quality and affordable health care before every American. He will not let the sick die on our streets like leaders before him. Frank Cotton believes the shattered system can be fixed and he will not accept any attempts to thwart his efforts.

Energy
Hard choices must be made to end our dependence on foreign sources of energy. But Frank Cotton does not support radical ideas to end drilling and to seek alternatives that might fail. He will not let our move away from fossil fuels weaken the economy. He supports more offshore drilling while those alternatives are being explored. Frank Cotton has not seen “An Inconvenient Truth” and does not intend to.

Veterans
Frank Cotton served heroically in
Vietnam. He knows that our peace and prosperity rests directly on the shoulders of those who fight for our country. He has no tolerance for those who seek to diminish our might or to spurn our veterans. No dollar should be spared in our efforts to provide needed services to our veterans and their families. Frank Cotton will make it happen.

The Second Amendment
Frank Cotton will never take away your right to bear arms. He knows that gun control efforts have proven abysmal failures in the war on crime. He believes in the rights of Americans to defend themselves and will fight anyone who seeks to trample those rights. Criminals need to be punished, not law-abiding citizens like you.

Space Program
Our zeal for cosmic discoveries must be tempered by practicality and fiscal responsibility. Frank Cotton will take you to Mars and beyond. But he will not drive you and your family to poverty by doing so. Problems here on Earth must be addressed before we shoot for the stars.

Science and Technology
Frank Cotton wants
America to compete with the rest of the world in matters of scientific progress. His aim is to provide pools of funds and other incentives to lure the world’s greatest students to the United States and to encourage research of all varieties. But he also believes that giving scientists free reign is a path to chaos. Research and development must begin with the aim of improving the strength and vitality of our nation.

Abortion
Frank Cotton will never support abortion rights under any circumstances. He believes that all life is divinely inspired, and therefore any attempts to end it is criminal. Frank Cotton will not waffle or compromise like leaders before him. In matters of abortion, Frank Cotton says “no” in a loud and steady voice.
